This position sets the strategic technology direction for the management and administration of key elements of the enterprise technology infrastructure. You will guide, direct, and supervise a technical team responsible for all aspects of data management, database administration, storage management, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.
In this role, you will evaluate and project manage the implementation of complex technical solutions, reviewing and approving all infrastructure architecture designs. You will serve at the management level for ITIL processes including change, capacity, availability, and service continuity. A key part of your day will involve driving continuous process improvement by leveraging advanced automation and AI tools to ensure high availability and cost-effective management of enterprise servers and data.
