As the Manager of Interventional Radiology at OU Health, you will lead high-performing IR operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Reporting to the Director of Interventional Radiology, this role is pivotal in maintaining nursing practice standards and upholding the nursing code of ethics. You will oversee day-to-day staffing operations, support recruitment and retention efforts, and promote strong team performance. Additionally, you will assist with service line growth initiatives, including the opening of new procedure rooms, and contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and performance metrics. This leader must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, support team engagement, and maintain a visible presence within the department, advocating for staff while ensuring accountability and alignment with departmental goals in a fast-paced procedural environment.
