About the Role
As a Nurse Manager, you will lead a high-performing nursing team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role is designed for a clinically strong, forward-thinking nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing teams and elevating standards of care.
In this position, you will provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, ensuring that patient care is safe, evidence-based, and aligned with our organization's standards of excellence. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation while mentoring and developing nurses and support staff. Your collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners will be key to optimizing patient outcomes and the overall patient experience.
Working on-site within a busy clinical environment, you will champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives. You will use data and clinical metrics to identify trends, implement process improvements, and measure results, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to explore new tools, technologies, and care models that enhance patient care and streamline workflows.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
