About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing nursing team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role is designed for a forward-thinking nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing teams. You will provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, ensuring that patient care is safe, evidence-based, and aligned with our organization's standards of excellence.
In this position, you will champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives across the unit. You will use data and clinical metrics to identify trends, implement process improvements, and measure results, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working on-site within a busy clinical environment, you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary partners to optimize patient outcomes and the overall patient experience.

Requirements
