About the Role

Based at our Memphis, Tennessee Summer Center location, the Manager in Training is a pivotal leadership role designed to prepare you for future store management. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee overall operations and administrative duties, ensuring the store runs smoothly and profitably.

This position is more than just supervision; it is about becoming a knowledgeable ambassador for Hibbett Sports and City Gear. You will be trained to assume full supervisory control in the Store Manager's absence, managing assets, directing staff, and upholding the company's high standards. Your day-to-day involves driving sales, optimizing inventory, and creating a unique, welcoming customer experience that retains long-time shoppers while acquiring new ones.
