About the Role
We have an opening for a Full Time Manager In Training at our Sawgrass Mills location in Sunrise, FL. The Manager In Training works closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. In this role, you will motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.
Your day will involve meeting personal sales goals, motivating others to drive store performance, and ensuring exemplary customer service standards are met. You will contribute to a positive team environment by keeping associates focused on achieving goals, recognizing successes, and boosting morale. Additionally, you will process customer transactions and manage register functions while adhering to company cash handling policies.
