About the Role
As a Manager in our Cleveland area locations, you will not be sitting at a desk. Instead, you will be active and outdoors, leading a large team of hourly members while running daily operations. This role is designed for highly motivated individuals who desire to fast-track their career through our structured development program.
You will serve as the coach, mentor, and role model for your team, ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, clean environment. From greeting customers and selling services to managing inventory and troubleshooting equipment, you will gain the comprehensive skills needed to run a successful business. The program is designed to teach you how to run a Waterway location, giving you the confidence to lead anywhere.
