About the Role
The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) program is an 18 to 24-month structured and comprehensive training initiative designed to develop future leaders with deep operational knowledge. This role is essential for recent college graduates looking to launch a successful career with a stable company. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to gain insights into business processes and strategies, aligning with customer retention and operational excellence.
In this position, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities to make sound business decisions. With support, mentorship, and training from managers and fellow team members, you will be prepared to take the next step in your career. The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating with rental and maintenance departments, and ensuring policy compliance to optimize costs and vehicle status. Requirements
