The Manager II, Board Engagement & Giving serves as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, driving CRS's philanthropic mission by deepening the engagement of Foundation and Governing Board Directors. This role exists to transform board members into active philanthropic leaders, connectors, and ambassadors for the organization's comprehensive fundraising campaign.
In this position, you will manage a high-capacity portfolio of donors, ensuring that current and potential board members are equipped to advance the Agency's goals. You will collaborate across divisions to design and implement tailored stewardship strategies, organizing strategy sessions and events that influence giving within the board's network. The role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, from preparing briefing materials for campaign activities to guiding the planning of "Journey of Hope" trips that foster meaningful board participation.
You will join a collaborative, mission-driven culture committed to improving the lives of the poor throughout the world. The team operates with a focus on agility, openness, and innovation, working effectively in intercultural and diverse environments. Success in this role depends on building trust and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership, volunteers, and cross-functional partners.
