Digital Marketing Onboarding/Operations Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) (Remote)

The Mission

You are the central hub of the campaign launch process at Connoisseur Media. Your mission is to take a signed contract from Sales and partner with Account Managers to secure every asset needed for a perfect launch. From Geofencing lists to high-res banners, you act as the gatekeeper ensuring our Fulfillment team has a "clean" order to execute. Because you are fluent in both English and Spanish, you bridge the gap for our diverse client base, ensuring that strategy and technical specs are never lost in translation.

About the Role

In this role, you will function as the Resource Hunter, Bilingual Creative Liaison, and QC Gatekeeper. You will coordinate with Sales, Clients, and the design team to secure logos, copy, URLs, and specific Geofencing coordinates. You will manage creative requests, ensuring ad copy in both English and Spanish is grammatically correct and culturally resonant. Before anything goes to Fulfillment, you will audit banner specs, video formats, and data lists to prevent launch delays.

You will submit final digital marketing orders and track status updates to ensure "Go Live" dates are met. Proactively nudging Sales, Clients, and internal teams for missing assets will be a key part of your day, ensuring no project stalls in the "pending" phase. Once a campaign is live and verified, you will transition the handling of the account to the Account Manager for long-term management.
