The Manager, Global Change Management serves as a strategic partner to functional and technology leaders, driving the successful adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives with a specific focus on enhancing the associate experience. Reporting to the Associate Director, this role is designed to bridge the gap between complex process, system, and technology changes and the people who must use them. The position exists to ensure that transformation efforts are not just implemented technically, but are embraced culturally across a global workforce.
In this role, you will navigate the human side of change, conducting stakeholder assessments to identify impacted groups and developing targeted engagement strategies. You will act as a sense-and-respond listener, utilizing surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to gauge readiness and address resistance. Your work will directly influence culture-building initiatives, recognition programs, and the alignment of change efforts with company values. By collaborating with HR teams and the Global Communications Center of Excellence, you will ensure that all communications are culturally relevant, appropriately localized, and synchronized with the broader editorial calendar.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You might begin by analyzing adoption metrics and proficiency levels to recommend necessary interventions for a specific project. Mid-day could be spent facilitating a change champion network or collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from HR, Finance, and Global Technology to align on project timelines and integration points. You will also dedicate time to supporting project teams through their transition phases, providing direct guidance on managing risks and progress. Whether you are developing playbooks for future initiatives or gathering feedback to enhance existing tools, your focus remains on driving behavioral change and ensuring a seamless experience for associates worldwide.
