About the Role
The Manager Financial Analysis serves as a strategic business advisor to the Market Director of Finance and the Director of Finance for Field Operations. In this capacity, you will provide leadership and support to ensure financial compliance with management agreements for nonprofit property owners' associations and oversee the financial analysis of on-site ancillary business operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling the successful implementation of annual budgeted goals and delivering desirable financial results.
As a key partner to on-site leaders and corporate executives, you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business decisions. You will maintain a robust internal controls environment, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements to mitigate organizational risk. Your day-to-day impact involves business partnering with a broad range of stakeholders, from property owners' association boards to corporate F&A leaders, to optimize business value and drive financial performance.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or related major
- verified2-4 years related work experience in finance and accounting
