Copeland is seeking a Manager, Controls Services & Support to lead global technical support and controls-related technical services across refrigeration and cold chain customer environments. This role is critical for aligning technical support performance with controls services delivery, ensuring consistent execution across Copeland's lifecycle services model and enterprise customer commitments.
In this position, you will lead a team of approximately 14 technical professionals, including two technical support supervisors and technical specialists. Your team will handle global case resolution, controls programming, third-party integrations, and custom interface solutions across the Copeland Controls portfolio. Beyond leadership, you will partner closely with OEM stakeholders, Engineering, Product Management, Project Services, and Field Services teams to improve deployment readiness, strengthen integration consistency, and support large-scale customer rollouts.
You will serve as a technically credible leader, translating complex technical challenges into clear execution plans and operational priorities. The role requires operating effectively in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration, focusing on building scalable processes and repeatable technical solutions. As a strong coach and mentor, you will develop technical talent and foster engineering discipline within customer-facing environments.
This role is fully remote. As a remote colleague, you may be required to travel to a Copeland site regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed.
