In this position, you will join a team dedicated to helping students do more than change their own lives—you will help change the lives of every patient they care for throughout their career. You will provide professional leadership and support for clinical faculty, serving as a mentor and facilitator to enable an environment that fosters creativity, responsiveness, and self-responsibility. Your role involves managing the hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and continued support for clinical faculty, as well as mentoring team leads to ensure they are supported in the clinical setting for the Nursing program. Additionally, you will participate in curriculum development, determine teaching assignments using a blended instructional approach, and coordinate program-specific external facilities.
