About the Role

We are actively seeking top-level, hands-on management candidates with a desire to grow into key leadership roles. As a Manager in Training, you will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning every aspect of the store and the company. This role is designed for those who want to truly learn how to manage a business as part of our accelerated leadership development track.

You will be responsible for ensuring customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of service. Your day will involve scheduling service appointments, answering questions in person and on the telephone, and consulting customers on their service needs. You will keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles and communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet both our standards and those of our customers. Involvement in every aspect of the store operation is required, including the ability to step in when necessary to take on additional duties to ensure our company's high-level expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded.
