Your day will involve scheduling service appointments, answering questions in person and on the telephone, and consulting customers on their specific service needs. You will keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles and ensure our company's high expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded. Success in this role requires involvement in every aspect of store operation, accurate communication with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments, and the ability to step in to take on additional duties when necessary.
