CACI is seeking a Management Analyst to provide on-site program management support to the U.S. Navy Team Carrier organization at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Dahlgren in Dahlgren, VA. You will serve the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), specifically the Naval Systems Engineering & Logistics Directorate and the Aircraft Carrier Design & Systems Engineering (SEA05V) team. This role is critical to delivering cutting-edge support for Navy aircraft carriers, ensuring the seamless execution of complex ship design and overhaul programs.
In this position, you will act as a vital liaison between the Ship Design Manager and the Mission Systems IPT Lead for the CVN Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Program. Your day-to-day involves coordinating analysis briefs, reviewing documentation to correct deficiencies, and managing the Mission Systems Virtual Technical Assessment Team (VTAT) review of Ship Change Documents. You will track and distribute incoming Mission Systems Action Items, manage recommendations for Availability Work Package (AWP) changes, and attend key meetings such as AWP Reviews and Configuration Change Board (CCB) sessions.
Beyond coordination, you will be responsible for maintaining contract deliverables, providing weekly status metrics, and contributing to the development of new concepts and standards for process improvement. This role requires translating customer requirements into actionable training and organizational plans while communicating effectively with senior military and civilian leadership.
Candidates must possess an active Secret Clearance to start. The application process involves submitting qualifications for review against the required 10+ years of engineering experience supporting US Navy programs. Selected candidates will be evaluated on their ability to coordinate complex technical assessments and their proficiency with MS Office products.
