About the Role
This position is vital to ensuring that vacant units meet established quality standards for re-leasing. The role focuses on performing the technical and mechanical work required to turn vacant apartment homes into market-ready conditions that align with the Company's occupancy standards. You will be the bridge between maintenance needs and resident satisfaction, ensuring every unit is prepared for the next resident with efficiency and care.
In this role, you will work closely with the Service Supervisor and Community Manager to execute make-ready checklists, perform necessary repairs, and maintain the grounds and common areas. Your work directly impacts the community's reputation and the speed at which units can be re-leased. You will be responsible for treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, and responding sensitively to maintenance complaints.
