About the Role
We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our team at Puppywood Anderson. Reporting directly to the District Director, you will be the heartbeat of our center, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe, comfortable environment for both pet guests and associates.
In this role, you will foster a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and motivating a diverse team. Your day will involve collaborating with support staff across operations, HR, and marketing to drive performance, while actively engaging with the community to grow our local presence. You will manage all aspects of center operations, from financial oversight and inventory control to resolving customer needs and maintaining safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will balance strategic planning with the daily joy of caring for animals and people.
