The role requires a collaborative spirit, as you will often "pitch-in" to help co-workers with their duties and assist engineering leadership on special projects.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of proactive maintenance and responsive repairs. You will troubleshoot basic appliances, air-conditioning controls, and plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning and unclogging toilets. Your toolkit will be used for intermediate repairs in drywall, painting, staining, and wall vinyl. You will also handle cosmetic updates like replacing light bulbs, caulking, tile/grout work, and repairing furniture knicks or gouges.

Beyond repairs, you will implement scheduled preventative maintenance, inspect rooms for pest intrusion, and maintain accurate logs and inspection sheets in English. Physical demands include climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks involving grasping, stooping, and reaching overhead.

Schedule

This position is based on a PM Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), which includes weekends. Some flexibility is required for training and coverage needs.
