About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will play a critical role in maintaining the equipment and systems that power our operations. This position is integral to ensuring the reliability and functionality of our services. You will be the first line of defense in keeping our machinery operational, performing routine and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous production. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing timely repairs, and collaborating closely with operations teams to schedule maintenance windows. Beyond fixing issues, you will support improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and increasing productivity, while maintaining accurate records of all activities and machine downtimes. A clean work environment and proper tool management are also key parts of your daily responsibilities.
