Founded in 1986, Asset Living is a third-party management firm and a proven partner in fostering thriving communities nationwide. From a small property management firm, we have grown organically into one of the most trusted allies in real estate. Our portfolio spans multifamily, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent, active adult, and student housing divisions across the country.
We are a fast-growing company made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds who drive innovation and results. At Asset Living, we wholeheartedly believe 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed.' We empower each other to lead by example, collaborate, and evolve, creating an environment where every voice is heard and every idea is valued. Recognized as one of the nation's Best and Brightest Places to Work and ranked in the NMHC top 50 professionals, we are an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
As a Maintenance Technician at our Ansley Park community, you will be the backbone of our property's operational success. You will assist in carrying out all maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Your role is critical in executing the make-ready process to ensure units are prepared for new residents in alignment with our property's operational objectives.
Your day will involve responding to resident and management requests for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner. You will ensure all necessary repairs and replacements are completed, assist with the scheduling of maintenance turn events, and maintain the daily cleanliness of exterior grounds, breezeways, and common areas. A key part of your responsibilities includes performing swimming pool maintenance and keeping accurate chemical logs, as well as inspecting the property daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions. You will also maintain a well-organized shop, adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines, and participate in unit inspections and on-call emergency rotations.
Asset Living is a dynamic team that thrives on unity, unique talents, and a universal culture of winning. We believe that success is a collective journey and leadership is a shared responsibility. When you join us, you become part of a workplace where growth opportunities are abundant, and your contributions directly impact the communities we serve. We are committed to creating an environment where every individual experiences opportunities to grow as our company grows.
Asset Living is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed.
