About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our community operations, assisting in carrying out maintenance processes that include corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. You will play a vital role in the make-ready process, ensuring units are prepared in a manner consistent with the property's operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Your day-to-day impact involves responding to resident and management requests for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
