As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our community operations, assisting in carrying out maintenance processes that include corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. You will play a vital role in the make-ready process, ensuring units are prepared in a manner consistent with the property's operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Your day-to-day impact involves responding to resident and management requests for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner. You will ensure all necessary repairs and replacements are completed, assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance-related turn events, and maintain the exterior grounds, breezeways, and common areas. A key part of your role includes performing swimming pool maintenance and keeping accurate chemical logs, as well as inspecting grounds and buildings daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions.
Beyond technical duties, you will be a face of the community, managing excellent customer service and projecting a favorable image to achieve property objectives. You will enforce community policies, maintain well-organized maintenance shops adhering to safety standards, and participate in on-call emergency rotations.
