As a Maintenance Technician at our Ascent community, you will be the backbone of our property's operational excellence. You will assist in carrying out comprehensive maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. Your role is critical in ensuring the make-ready process aligns with the property's operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Your day will involve responding to resident and management requests for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner. You will perform essential tasks such as swimming pool maintenance, groundskeeping, and inspecting facilities to identify and correct hazardous conditions. Beyond technical duties, you will be a face of the community, managing excellent customer service and projecting a favorable image to residents. You will also maintain accurate records regarding service requests, safety standards, and inventory, ensuring the community runs smoothly and safely.
