Our portfolio spans the multifamily, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent, active adult, and student housing divisions across the country.

We are a fast-growing company made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds who drive innovation and results. At Asset Living, we wholeheartedly believe 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed.' We empower each other to lead by example, collaborate, and evolve, creating an environment where every voice is heard and every idea is valued. About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring our communities remain safe, functional, and welcoming. You will assist in carrying out all maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. Your role is critical in executing the make-ready process to prepare units for new residents, aligning with the property's operational objectives.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for residents and management regarding work orders. You will respond to requests for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary repairs and replacements are completed efficiently. Beyond repairs, you will play a key role in the daily upkeep of the community, including grounds maintenance, exterior cleaning, and swimming pool care. You will also inspect properties daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

Our Culture

Join a workplace where success is a collective journey and leadership is a shared responsibility. We thrive on unity, unique talents, and a universal culture of winning. When you join Asset Living, you become part of a dynamic team that values growth and collaboration. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, as well as a 401K with employer matching, paid sick days, and company holidays.

Application Instructions

To join our team, please submit your application through our career portal. We review all applications to find the best fit for our communities. If selected, you will move through our hiring process, which includes an initial conversation to discuss your background and experience, followed by an interview with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to assess your technical skills and cultural fit.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Asset Living is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status. We are committed to building a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
