As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring our communities remain safe, functional, and welcoming. You will assist in carrying out all maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. Your role is critical in executing the make-ready process to prepare units for new residents, aligning with the property's operational objectives.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for residents and management regarding work orders. You will respond to requests for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary repairs and replacements are completed efficiently. Beyond repairs, you will play a key role in the daily upkeep of the community, including grounds maintenance, exterior cleaning, and swimming pool care. You will also inspect properties daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
