About the Role
Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate individual with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.
A successful technician will bring strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a well-versed understanding of all maintenance and repair protocols. We are committed to your professional growth and will pay to certify individuals who are not already certified. If you have experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or RV service, we want to talk to you.
