This position is within our Food Enterprise, where we serve food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's operational continuity. You will complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance, ensuring our diverse equipment—from packaging systems to hydraulic and pneumatic networks—runs efficiently. Your day will involve troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, interpreting schematics, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. You will document all work conditions and utilize maintenance software to track progress, ensuring that our production lines remain uninterrupted.

Education: High school diploma/GED required; Technical diploma from trade school preferred.
Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to acquire certification. Heavy equipment/industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3 years equivalent experience. Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance Certifications. Experience with high voltage (<15kV) power distribution systems.
