The Fleet Technician I is a pivotal entry-level role dedicated to performing general refurbishment, repairs, and rental-ready preparation on mobile storage containers, ground-level offices, and mobile/modular offices. This position exists to ensure our fleet remains in top operational condition, following standard work instructions and checklists to maintain quality and safety.
In this role, you will build technical skills while performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks. Your day-to-day involves executing repetitive repairs such as door and lock adjustments, minor hardware replacement, caulking, sealing, and paint touch-ups. You will also handle general maintenance like filter replacement and cleaning, as well as equipment inspections and documentation using mobile applications. When needed, you will exhibit the fleet to customers, showcasing the quality of our equipment.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to escalate non-standard issues to management. It is an ideal opportunity for those with a general mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
