About the Role
This position serves as a critical support pillar for our manufacturing operations, performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems. You will ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently by troubleshooting pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems. The role involves working with motors, conveyors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, steam and boiler controls, and mechanical power drives.
Day in the Life
You will work a night shift (10:45 PM – 6:45 AM) on a 6-day work week schedule. Your day will involve diagnosing and resolving issues across automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, and drives. You will perform predictive and preventative maintenance activities, adhere to strict plant safety and environmental guidelines, and complete timely, accurate paperwork. The role requires the ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner, often troubleshooting complex systems to minimize downtime.
