As a Maintenance Technician, you will operate within a fast-paced production environment to ensure the continuous functionality of our equipment. This role is critical to supporting Android's business goals by executing a variety of diverse duties, from troubleshooting and repairing production machinery to maintaining facility systems. You will work with minimal supervision to launch activities, manage hydraulics and pneumatics controls, and handle shift start-ups and end-of-shift reporting.
Your day will involve analyzing machine performance, documenting downtime, and recommending process improvements to drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance calls, repairing defective equipment, and ensuring all lockout/tagout procedures are strictly followed. Beyond technical repairs, you will maintain a clean and safe work environment, manage parts inventory, and track production metrics to support operational efficiency.
