About the Role
This position is the backbone of our production and facility operations, responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all equipment. You will ensure high-speed filling, packaging, and support systems run smoothly while managing new equipment installations and upholding rigorous preventative maintenance programs. The role requires a proactive technician who can independently resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.
Work Environment
Technicians operate in a dynamic manufacturing setting where safety is paramount. You will be exposed to varying conditions requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including air respirators, safety glasses, and ear plugs. While the noise level is typically moderate, it can increase significantly in warehouse and manufacturing areas. The role involves regular physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional pushing or pulling of heavy loads up to 500 lbs using dollies or pallet jacks.
Schedule and Expectations
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work 12-hour shifts. The schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support continuous production needs. You will be expected to synthesize complex information, prioritize competing demands, and lead the resolution of technical or unusual problems after receiving general instructions on expected outcomes.

Requirements
