You are a team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences by anticipating and meeting residents' needs. Your work goes beyond simple repairs; you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment through make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative care.
In this role, you will coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize daily tasks, ensuring that service requests are completed promptly and efficiently. You will interact with residents, guests, and vendors, providing top-tier customer service while identifying and resolving safety hazards or maintenance issues. From troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems to handling tile work and carpentry, you will be the go-to expert for keeping our communities in top shape.

- check_circleAccurately complete records in Onesite regarding service requests and maintenance
- check_circleIdentify and correct safety issues or report hazardous conditions

Requirements
- verifiedSix months of maintenance experience
- verifiedHigh School Diploma preferred
- verifiedCertification from an accredited trade school highly desired
- verifiedEPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
- verifiedValid driver's license required for Low Speed Vehicle communities
- verifiedAbility to read and write in English at intermediate level
Nice to Have
Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry. High School Diploma. Certification from an accredited trade school. EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification.
