In this role, you will coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize daily tasks, ensuring that service requests are completed promptly and efficiently. You will interact with residents, guests, and vendors, providing top-tier customer service while identifying and resolving safety hazards or maintenance issues. From troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems to handling tile work and carpentry, you will be the go-to expert for keeping our communities in top shape.

Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry. High School Diploma. Certification from an accredited trade school. EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification.
