About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be the backbone of our property's operational excellence. Your day will focus on ensuring our villas are pristine and functional, directly contributing to the guest experience. You will perform Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks, such as basic painting and repairs like replacing lightbulbs, while taking temperature readings on appliances and HVAC systems. Beyond routine maintenance, you will respond promptly to guest repair requests and handle minor building repairs as assigned.

This role is about more than just fixing issues; it is about anticipating needs and interacting with colleagues and guests professionally. You will participate in regular training focused on safety, technical knowledge, and career development, ensuring you grow alongside the company while helping us meet our team goals and uphold company standards.

Hiring Process

To become a Maintenance Technician I, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role requires physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, as well as the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. You must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. A valid driver's license is required. Please note that the position may require a background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
