About the Role
The Maintenance Technician serves as the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable codes and company standards. This is a hands-on role designed for a problem solver who thrives on keeping mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems in top condition.
In this position, you will be the first line of defense for facility integrity. Your day-to-day involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on critical systems like HVAC, lighting, and plumbing, while responding to service requests with professionalism and speed. You will diagnose equipment failures, inspect facilities for safety hazards, and collaborate with outside contractors for specialized needs. Beyond technical repairs, you will handle general building upkeep, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
