About the Role
We are seeking an HVAC Certified Maintenance Tech III to join our team and take pride in keeping our campus maintained. In this role, you will demonstrate advanced mechanical and electrical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day routine maintenance of heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, as well as assisting in the establishment of a routine preventative maintenance program for all physical plant areas.
Your day will involve repairing and installing plumbing, electrical components, flooring, and ceiling tiles, along with maintaining various furniture items and fixtures. You will also manage supply purchases, assist with inclement weather protection, and maintain detailed records of completed work. Beyond technical tasks, you will model a service-oriented attitude, taking ownership in solving problems while remaining friendly and courteous to residents, patients, and co-workers. Safety is paramount; you will ensure the well-being of everyone on campus by identifying and reporting hazards.
