This Maintenance Technician position is designed to support a world-class manufacturing effort. You will serve as a critical partner to production and facility teams, ensuring operational continuity through timely maintenance assistance. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting and repairing machinery and process deficiencies using electrical and mechanical expertise. From press and baggers to conveyors and sealers, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment. Additionally, you will manage manufacturing support systems, including air compressors, boilers, fans, and pumps. Beyond technical repairs, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment, and keeping accurate records for parts and supplies inventory.
