About the Role
York Plaza Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech I to join their team in Edina, MN. As the Maintenance Tech 1, you will work to assure resident satisfaction, convenience, and safety through the regular upkeep of the property and community. Your role involves timely preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements, and inspections to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
Working Hours & Schedule
Typically, this is a full-time position (40 hours) from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Property office hours may vary by location. The Maintenance Tech 1 may be required to work beyond the normal schedule. On-call duties are required on a rotating basis of one week every three weeks.

Requirements
