Your Role and Impact

At Prometheus, our Neighborhood Service Managers do much more than traditional maintenance supervision. You will serve as the leader responsible for all physical operations of the Neighborhood, ensuring the preservation and maintenance of the property while fostering a quality living environment. This role is pivotal in establishing positive, productive relationships with your team, where you will hire, train, and mentor staff to resolve problems and look out for the best interests of the community.

As the Neighborhood Service Manager, you will act as the knowledge holder for company policies and regulations, ensuring safe and effective operations. You will manage the neighborhood budget through cost-effective maintenance, oversee ongoing safety training, lead capital projects, manage vendors and contractors, and maintain inventory. Your leadership ensures that the Neighborhood runs smoothly and that residents feel supported and cared for.
