About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, innovative, and forward-thinking individual to support our document control department on a part-time basis. This role is designed for a resourceful team player who is passionate, motivated, and exceptionally committed to their trade. In this position, you will serve as the facilitator of the total change control process within Arena, managing ECO/ECR experiences. You will work closely with the Development team to ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, concise, and properly revision-controlled. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with project managers and the Operations Team, providing administrative assistance, and managing BOMs, change control, and ramp-to-production activities. Success in this role requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to think outside the box, communicating effectively to a broader audience while accommodating flexible hours for third-party manufacturers in other countries.
