This position serves as a critical bridge between technical maintenance and daily operational efficiency within our sorting facility. The role exists to ensure the continuous, safe, and accurate movement of goods by maintaining the integrity of our automated sorting infrastructure while simultaneously leading the team responsible for its operation.
In this capacity, you will manage the lifecycle of sorting machines and related automated equipment. Your day will involve a dynamic balance of hands-on technical work and people leadership. You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, while also overseeing the daily activities of the sorter team to guarantee high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols.
