About the Role

As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech IV) or Road Service Utility Truck Mechanic, you will be a critical member of our Service Department. You will use your advanced skills to perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment with a high degree of independence, ensuring our fleet and customer equipment operate safely and efficiently. This role is designed for those who desire to challenge themselves daily and have the ambition to work towards leadership roles within the organization.

In this position, you will travel to customer job sites to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer-owned equipment. You will play a key role in maintaining our fleet of utility and service vehicles, including dump trucks and bucket trucks, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance. Beyond technical repairs, you will assist in training lower-level technicians, maintain accurate documentation, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
