About the Role

The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is a pivotal leader dedicated to turning maintenance into precision. This role exists to support a demanding manufacturing schedule by ensuring mechanical success through rigorous planning and scheduling. You will be the force multiplier for the maintenance department, utilizing Maximo to create, update, and assign maintenance activities while coordinating complex shutdowns with production schedules.

In this position, you will act as a key player in the operation's reliability. Your day involves creating detailed job plans, requisitioning necessary parts to ensure they are staged prior to downtime, and interpreting blueprints for equipment compliance. You will also assume a supervisory role when the Maintenance Manager is away, leading the team to achieve and sustain Zero Harm outcomes. Safety is the foundation of your work, and you will foster a culture where safety comes first.
