As a Maintenance Planner, you will be the architect of our asset reliability strategy. You will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring that our manufacturing equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently. Your day will involve coordinating complex work orders, managing spare parts logistics, and partnering closely with operations, engineering, and vendors to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to production.
You will not just schedule tasks; you will analyze maintenance history and performance data to identify trends, recommend reliability improvements, and support root cause analysis for recurring failures.
