As a Maintenance Planner, you will be the architect of our asset reliability strategy. You will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring that manufacturing equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently. Your role serves as the vital bridge between maintenance technicians, production teams, engineering, and external vendors.
In this position, you will coordinate complex work orders, schedule necessary downtime to minimize production impact, and manage the logistics of spare parts and tools. You will analyze maintenance history and performance data to identify trends, recommend reliability improvements, and support root cause analysis for recurring failures. By continuously improving planning and scheduling processes, you will directly contribute to Kellanova's safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
