About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our growing team at our Chittenango, NY facility. This role is vital to our mission of supporting substantial growth and advancement opportunities. You will be the backbone of our production floor, responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the plant equipment that keeps our operations running. From monitoring machines to detect malfunctions to dismantling defective equipment and installing new parts, your work ensures the reliability of our critical manufacturing processes.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with operators, supervisors, and engineers to diagnose problems and implement repairs. Your day will involve a mix of hands-on mechanical work, such as assembling pipe systems and hydraulic equipment, and technical tasks like troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will also manage maintenance supplies and ensure the physical structure of the establishment remains safe and functional. This is a hands-on role where reliability and a commitment to safety are paramount.
