About the Role
Levco is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for a 338-unit property in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff while ensuring work orders and maintenance projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing contractors and maintaining a safe working environment. This position is designed for a hands-on leader who can balance supervisory duties with technical execution.
