About the Role
The Collier Companies is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our community office in Port Orange, Florida. Located in a beautiful river district known for its lush botanical gardens and seaside charm, this on-site role is vital to ensuring the physical aspects of our properties meet our established standards.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an expert troubleshooter and problem solver, bringing a customer service attitude to every task. Your day will involve diagnosing and resolving issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. You will work closely with the Maintenance Team to support our residents, who depend on us to be observant, interested in their lives, and quick to respond to their needs. Every day is different, rewarding, and challenging, as you help provide the fundamental emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being that comes with a safe home.
