This is a heavy-industrial maintenance leadership role supporting an export grain terminal. The primary function is to ensure the optimum performance of the maintenance team while guaranteeing that all maintenance processes are executed safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel and contractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and transactional transparency.
In this position, you will partner with the Plant Manager and the North America Reliability team to eliminate barriers to progress and innovation. Your day-to-day involves managing the reliability program through best practices, overseeing budgets, and leading investigations into equipment issues. You will also manage the planning and execution of plant shutdowns, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed and that the facility remains operational under a 24/7 continuous operation model.
