As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance execution at an assigned ERock power generation facility. This site-based role is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing maintenance organization that ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all generation and balance-of-plant equipment.
You will establish maintenance processes, develop personnel, and ensure all work is executed to standard with a focus on reliability and performance. Operating within ERock's management model, you will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and corporate functional teams to support long-term asset performance. This position reports directly to the Site Manager and serves as a key interface between site maintenance execution and corporate standards, ensuring alignment while maintaining ownership of site performance.
