About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team at Marisol in Port Charlotte, FL. This role is pivotal in ensuring our properties and grounds remain in excellent condition and appearance while maintaining all equipment for efficient operation.
As the leader of the maintenance team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to residents by overseeing day-to-day maintenance and repair operations. You will plan, coordinate, and direct all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders while upholding Roers' high standards. This position requires a blend of strong leadership abilities and technical expertise across various maintenance disciplines, with a steadfast commitment to safety and operational excellence.
